Meet Cha Jones
I Help Women Come Back to Themselves
Here’s How This All Started.
I was living the “dream.”
Good job. Good benefits. Good reputation.
Educated. Respected. Responsible.
Checking all the boxes society said would make me happy.
But behind the scenes? I was suffocating.
I was the woman everyone leaned on—but nobody asked “Are you okay?”
I was pouring into everyone else while running on empty.
And the worst part? I felt guilty for even wanting more.
ABOUT ME
I help women who want to RECLAIM their authentic selves.
Cha Jones is a transformational guide, author, and speaker who helps women—especially those at a crossroads—realign their lives, reclaim their power, and design a future that actually feels like home.
With more than a decade of experience across coaching, facilitation, intercultural leadership, and creative strategy, Cha supports women who have done “everything right” on paper but know deep down something has to shift. Her work centers on clarity, identity realignment, and conscious decision-making—helping women move from survival and obligation into intention, freedom, and self-trust.
Cha’s approach blends soulful insight with practical strategy. Through her signature frameworks, writing-based healing work, and immersive experiences, she guides clients to examine inherited roles, release outdated narratives, and make aligned moves—whether that means redefining success, rebuilding after loss, relocating, or stepping into a softer, more truthful season of life.
As the creator of Vision Lab and the VISION CHECK™ framework, Cha is known for her ability to hold space while also telling the truth. Her coaching, retreats, workshops, and speaking engagements are designed to help women see clearly, choose boldly, and stop abandoning themselves in the process of being “strong.”
Cha is also the host of Life’s A Vacay, a podcast exploring freedom, reinvention, and what it really means to live well—on your own terms. Her writing and storytelling weave together personal experience, cultural insight, and spiritual wisdom, offering women permission to slow down, trust themselves, and design lives rooted in alignment rather than obligation.
At the core of Cha’s work is a simple belief: You don’t need to become someone new—you need to come back to who you’ve always been.
“You should be grateful.”
“You have it good.”
“Other people have it worse.”
I believed those lies for years.
Until one day, I couldn’t anymore.
I realized I’d been living in an unlocked cage—performing a version of life that looked good from the outside but felt hollow on the inside.
So I did the scariest thing I’d ever done:
I walked out.
I left the corporate career. I bet on myself. I built a business rooted in truth and transformation.
I learned to trust my intuition, set boundaries without apology, and design a life that feels free.
And now? I teach other women how to do the same.
What I Do (And Why It Matters)
I work with high-achieving, heart-centered women who are tired of living small.
Women who’ve done everything “right” but feel lost.
Women who are ready to stop performing and start becoming.
Women who know there’s more—and are finally ready to claim it.
Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, retreats, and my podcast Life’s A Vacay, I help women:
Reclaim their identity outside of their roles (mother, wife, employee, caretaker)
Trust themselves enough to make bold, aligned decisions
Release limiting beliefs and step into audacious faith
Set boundaries that protect their peace and power
Design lives that feel full, free, and unapologetically theirs
This isn’t therapy. This isn’t surface-level motivation.
This is a spiritual solution that meets strategic action.
Healing that moves you forward. Mindset work that sticks.
I combine my background in Intercultural Communications and Business Management with my gifts as an intuitive healer to create a transformation that’s both grounded and expansive.
No fluff. No hype. Just results.
