I’m Cha Jones—author, international speaker, soul alignment coach, and global woman with a calling to help others create lives that feel like truth. practice through a Spiritual Surgery certification.

I’m a trained professional—with spiritual depth and lived experience.

I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Aquinas College and a Master’s in Intercultural Leadership from the School for International Training. I’m certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ Mentor), Life Coaching (Spencer Institute), and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with additional training in Reiki I & II, and I’m currently studying Spiritual Surgery to expand my healing practice.

I’ve worked across corporate, nonprofit, and global sectors—as a regional marketing director, expat coach, and international program director. I’ve helped individuals and organizations build, transform, and grow—but what I value most is truth, freedom, and alignment.

I’ve lived in South Korea, Mexico, and Malaysia, and traveled to over 30 countries, all while being a single mother by choice. My journey has taught me how to create a life of soul—not survival—and now I help others do the same.

Why I Do What I Do

Because I know what it feels like to be everything for everyone else and feel like a stranger to yourself.

Because I’ve carried the weight of expectations, worn the mask of strength, and performed resilience like it was my birthright.

Because I know what it’s like to succeed on paper but feel out of alignment in your spirit.

I do this work because I had to live it first.

As a woman, a mother, a healer, and a traveler of both the world and the soul, I’ve rebuilt myself in foreign countries, transitioned through deep heartbreak, and learned how to stand in my power without hardening my heart. I do this because so many of us were taught to survive, but never taught how to soften, feel, and receive.

I help women 40+ realign with their souls’ truth because I believe their next chapter should feel like peace, pleasure, and purpose, not performance.

I do this because freedom isn’t just a dream—it’s a decision.

And every woman deserves to be the author of her liberation.

This isn’t just coaching. This is a calling.

And I’m here to walk with you as you return to yourself.

My Story

I’m the eldest daughter. The one they always called on.

I grew up with a mother who had bipolar disorder and learned early how to hold space, navigate chaos, and still keep it together. By the age of three, I knew I had spiritual gifts. I felt different—not broken, just called.

But like so many of us, I tried to do things the “right” way.

In my early twenties, I climbed the corporate ladder—but it never fed my soul. At 24, I walked away and began freelancing as an event coordinator and PR consultant. I loved the events, but not the image management. I wanted real.

For seven years, I ran my own business until life rerouted me again. I returned to corporate as a regional marketing director—only to be laid off a year later. That moment cracked me open. Instead of trying to fit back in, I decided to follow my heart.

I became a certified life coach. Then I manifested a teaching job in South Korea. From there, I let Spirit lead—and it’s taken me around the world.

What I’ve always done is trust my inner voice.

Now I guide other women who know they’re not here to be normal.

They’re here to be whole.
